Our lead mediator speaks with the referring manager and/or HR to understand the background.

Private Meetings

The mediator (or team, for complex cases) meets with each employee individually to hear their perspective.

Mediation Meeting

The parties are brought together in a safe, structured setting to share concerns and work towards solutions.

Venue Options

On your premises (if all parties are comfortable) or at a neutral venue (arranged by us at additional cost)

Timeframe

Most cases are completed in a single day, though longer may be needed if multiple employees are involved.
