ASB Assessment

Our Assessment Service is an innovative and proven way to address anti-social behaviour (ASB) and neighbourhood disputes. With over 23,000 cases managed and a 90% success rate, it has been trusted by local authorities and housing associations for nearly 25 years.

Our informal assessment service focuses specifically on neighbour nuisance and anti-social behaviour, rather than general housing issues. There’s no requirement for anyone to meet or speak directly with their neighbour unless everyone is comfortable doing so.

We’re here to help ease tensions and find practical solutions to improve the situation. This service offers a supportive, informal way to address concerns without the need for official action — such as tenancy enforcement or police involvement — unless it becomes necessary.
