 NFS Mediation combines short half day courses with accredited courses which encompass a mixture of theory and practical hands on skills.

• OCN Accredited Mediation Skills (6 day course, available in 3 modules)
• Managing Conflict/Introduction to Effective Workplace Mediation (1/2 day course)
• Challenging behaviour in the workplace (1/2 day course)
• Introduction to dealing with confrontation/difficult people (1/2 day course)

In Partnership with Fish HR we can also offer

• Handling disciplinaries & grievances with confidence.  (1/2 day course)
