INDEPENDENT  IMPARTIAL  SUCCESSFUL

Mediation skills – Following the Dispute Resolution Review (DRR) of the Employment Act on 6th April 2009, the law now states that employers and employees should always try to resolve problems at the earliest possible opportunity and with the least formality. Mediation is an effective tool to restore working relationships and resolve conflict.

Learn how to take on the role of a mediator. It’s not about what, or who is right or wrong, but helping others to break the cycle of hostility and accusations, allowing people to take responsibility for their own decisions and focus on the future and not the past.
