Zoom-tastic!

We are progressing into new and exciting areas of communications in these changing times. Our mediators and staff are Zoom ready! Team briefs with our Partners have been and will be continuing to use technology that we are incorporating into new ways of working and communicating. The value of face to face conversations is always our number one choice where possible – but without that, the Service is embracing various innovative, remote and safe methods that will keep our lines of communication going. We are introducing on-line meetings for neighbours’ too and hope to be able to use Covid –safe venues for mediation meetings.

Using all these options we continue to help neighbours’ in conflict and are a much needed listening ear for those that are feeling isolated and lonely.
